Key Deliverables

Campaign Execution & Journey Builds

  • Configure and launch automated CRM journeys across digital channels.
  • Upload, manage, and validate audience segments.
  • Work within CRM platforms to build workflows and campaign logic.

Quality Assurance & Accuracy

  • Perform thorough QA and pre-send testing.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and ready to go live.
  • Maintain high standards of precision across all communications.

Monitoring & Performance Support

  • Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues or anomalies.
  • Assist with reporting and insights to support optimisation.
  • Help track engagement, activation, and retention metrics.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain CRM calendars and lifecycle documentation.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with timelines and business priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement of CRM processes and workflows.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital campaigns Exposure to CRM tools (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar) Understanding of segmentation and targeting logic Strong attention to detail and structured working style Comfortable working within systems and workflow builders Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Digital, Data, or related field (advantageous)
