You will be educated to HND level in Business Administration or equivalent proven Administration experience. You will have proven secretarial experience working at a senior level with advanced keyboard skills and minute taking experience. You will possess a recognised IT qualification as well as having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint). Previous experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS inter-disciplinary networks is advantageous. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. You must also have the ability to adhere to strict maintenance of confidentiality with a knowledge/understanding and compliance of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You will have excellent communication skills and proven ability to effectively manage own time and work independently to a high level.
