Contribute to the revenue growth of the VBU departmentUnderstanding the "sales" objective for the exercise set by the company (Objective by sector, by individual, etc.)Implement the strategies recommended by the VBU sales managementSales to large corporate accounts (private and public) of various broadband solutions (Mobile, Radwin, PABX, VoIP, Fibre optic products, Satellite, M2M, Reverse billing…)Having a good understanding of all existing products and new products developed by the companyEnsuring that Vodacom's offers meet customer expectationsEnsure that the precise requirements of clients and prospects are communicated to the pre-sales team for solution and architecture design.Interact with the pre-sales and solution architecture team to draft the best proposals for clientsReport daily, weekly, and monthly on sales activitiesMonitor competitor activities and make recommendations on evolving market dataManage a portfolio of key corporate clients (private and public sectors) by both selling new solutions and retaining existing clients in order to maintain and increase portfolio value.Conduct regular sales visits to clientsEnsuring customer retention and paying close attention to their needsMaintain good customer relations at all levels of responsibility.Ensure that all retention strategies are closely monitored for customer retention.Interact with the Admin, Credit Control, Operations, Billing, Customer Service, and Technical divisions to resolve customer requests.Manage the prospecting of new business clients (private and public) for the sale of solutions and servicesConduct regular presentations of products and solutions to prospective companiesEnsure that a weekly prospecting list (existing and new clients) is prepared and sent to your line manager at the beginning of the week.Participate in the weekly VBU department meetingsParticipate in weekly sales performance meetings and share individual achievementsPerform daily hygiene of the "SLM" Pipeline on sales opportunitiesDevelop and maintain up-to-date account management plans for all clients
