- Support day-to-day certification and administrative processes
- Coordinate operational activities linked to audits and certification delivery
- Process audit documentation within defined timelines
- Manage and respond to the central team mailbox
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to keep processes moving
- Provide timely updates and support to clients
- Assist with client registrations and ensure they are completed efficiently
- Compile quotes and send them to clients
- Prepare weekly reports and general team updates
- Escalate any non-standard issues where needed
