- Maintain and ensure continuous implementation the Group’s RMCP in line with FICA and regulatory guidance
- Keeps business commercial interest at heart and ensures compliance doesn’t hinder commercial growth
- Act as the main point of contact with regulators and relevant authorities
- Keep the Legal Manager, COO and CEO updated on all compliance developments
- Design, implement and maintain strong policies, procedures, and controls to minimize compliance risk
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to regulatory bodies
- Ensure that accurate records are maintained
- Provide training to staff to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and advising on statutory and regulatory updates and reporting obligations
- Evaluating and advising on internal controls
