- Customer interaction management: Respond to messages, comments and requests via digital platforms (WhatsApp Business only).
- Online sales: Present products, advise customers, finalize sales and organize delivery.
- Page animation (profile change, daily publication of stories, publication of product catalog and its update)
- Order tracking: Ensure the smooth running of online purchases, from payment to receipt.
- Reporting: Track performance indicators (sales, engagement, traffic) and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration: Work in synergy with the in-store team to ensure consistency between physical and digital sales.
