• You will contribute to identifying growth opportunities within the consumables business through market analysis, customer mapping and commercial insights, supporting Philips' mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing and Clinical Applications, while interacting with customers and commercial stakeholders across South Africa.

• Through structured on-the-job learning, sales call shadowing and commercial projects, you will develop analytical, business development and customer engagement skills that will provide a strong foundation for a future career in sales and commercial management.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities

You are a recent graduate (2025–2026) or are completing your final year of study prior to the programme start date. You have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in commercial and sales environments. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related field. You are fluent in English and demonstrate a proactive mindset, customer focus and willingness to learn.
