Key Deliverables

Lead Management - Prospecting (new clients) 

- Actively seek to generate sales opportunities and new contracts, particularly during prospecting visits. During prospecting visits, present a sales pitch for the offer to potential future clients.

-Present a commercial offer proposal and the legal contract, if necessary, including commercial incentives, to the potential future client; the proposal must have been prepared jointly with the commercial account support team and validated by the supervisor. 

-Execute and monitor the account plan, actions arising from opportunities , and the performance of the commercial agreement against set objectives 

  1. Call Management (existing clients) 

-Interact with commercial account support on the "< Call Management >>  process

Before client visits, prepare, establish, and send the visit agenda to the client. Analyze client data, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in advance. Utilize (organize visits or phone calls with reports) performance alerts for accounts in your portfolio, particularly regarding commercial agreements.

-During client visits, structure the conversation with the client according to the meeting agenda. 

-Ask open-ended questions, identify the client's specific individual needs or "Unique Buying Points" (UBP). 

-Negotiate "win-win" contracts tailored to clients' "Unique Buying Points." Price reductions or other commercial offers will be determined accordingly. 

-Establish and monitor a general plan for each account (firm and agencies) in their portfolio

- Monitor and stay informed about the competition, and transmit information to the supervisor. Track and stay informed about market developments concerning corporate and agency clients. Monitor contract potential using Salesforce. 

- Monitor contract performance (firms and agencies) using the following tools: "Salesforce"

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management 5 years of professional experience In the commercial field and 2 in the marketing field Sales knowledge, Knowledge of marketing campaigns Business understanding Knowledge of the business and political environment of the DRC English comprehension Good knowledge of business processes
