Key Deliverables

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using a provided script to identify potential property sellers
  • Engage prospects in professional and meaningful conversations to assess their interest in selling
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up
  • Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and lead information in the CRM
  • Maintain a consistent daily call volume to maximize outreach and lead generation efforts
  • Provide feedback on common objections, prospect responses, and script performance to help improve results
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
  • Call through provided lists of potential property sellers
  • Follow established outreach processes and scripts
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture homeowner leads interested in selling their properties
  • Collaborate closely with the broader team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements through feedback and insights from prospect conversations

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar outbound sales role (real estate experience is a plus) Fluent English with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow a script while maintaining a natural, conversational approach Strong resilience and a positive attitude when handling objections and rejection Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when recording call information Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable meeting daily outreach and performance goals
