• We are seeking a Coal Mine Operations Officer to coordinate daily coal loading and evacuation activities across mine locations.
• The role involves monitoring truck loading, payload, weighing, documentation, dispatch, and overall operational performance.

• Coordinate daily truck loading, monitor truck payloads to ensure optimum loading without exceeding approved vehicle capacity.
• Verify weighbridge tickets, waybills, truck details, tonnage, and other dispatch documentation.
• Track daily truck availability, tonnage, turnaround time, pending trucks, delays, and operational constraints.
• Coordinate with mine operators, logistics teams, suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet evacuation targets.
• Ensure compliance with mine-site safety, PPE, vehicle inspection, and approved loading procedures.
