- Prepare and present meals in line with established standards of quality, taste, and consistency
- Execute a broad range of dishes across both traditional and continental offerings
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and cooking equipment
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure efficiency and timely service delivery
- Support menu development and continuous improvement of food offerings
- Manage portion control and minimize food wastage
- Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring and proper storage of ingredients
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and health regulations
- Maintain discipline, organization, and professionalism within the kitchen
- Handle grill operations, including preparation of grilled meats, fish, and other delicacies.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control across all meals
- Ensure meals are prepared and served promptly to meet customer expectations
Professional Qualifications
