Key Deliverables

  • Lead the process of the channels requirement gathering analysis and implementation
  • Achieve the Channels Sales targets
  • Ensure proposed direct solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Design and Implement the Channels Activations
  • Contribute to functional design and processes of a digital channels,  
  • Assist in defining the customer experience or solution architectures and designs for digital channels, maintaining an end-to-end viewpoint to the benefit of both the company and the customer outcome
  • Assist in the effective design, development, implementation, integration, support and upgrade of digital solutions for addressing the business channels requirements
  • Assist and grow opportunities for the business through digital channels
  • Responsible and accountable for the upkeep and management of relevant documentation required to deliver and support digital solutions  
  • Database and information management
  • Create, edit and prepare presentations and research as required
  • Manage weekly / monthly performance reports

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Management /Business Advisory 1. Matric 2. Relevant degree tertiary qualification

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  1. Clear understanding of business operations
  2. Product and project management principles and execution frameworks
  3. Proficiency across all Microsoft solutions
  4. Creative & Technical analysis
  5. Change, training and facilitator skills 

Job Requirements:

  1. Valid driver’s license and own car,
  2. Willingness to travel for key stakeholder engagements,
  3. Willingness to work overtime when required and be contactable after hours
