Main responsibilities and duties: (Please indicate the main activities and duties that will be carried out by the job holder) ProcurementReceive product and service requirements from internal stakeholdersSubmit requests for quotations to select suppliers of the necessary products and services.Ensure the best cost modeling (taking into account total cost coverage) and negotiations for each purchasing project.Ensure you have an effective supply plan (no stockouts)Monitor the progress of the purchase request and purchase orders within the requesting department.Identify the delays, resolve them, or escalate them to the appropriate person if necessary.Cost savings recorded monthly.Create synergies with other Vodafone operating companiesEnsure you have a service level agreed upon with internal stakeholders. ProcessEnsure that the code of ethics is applied throughout the procurement process.Use the tools, processes, policies and standards of procurement.Participate in the continuous improvement of supply chain management processes
