Key Deliverables

  • Greet customers politely and assist them with inquiries
  • Operate cash registers, POS systems, and handle payments (cash, transfer, POS)
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately
  • Ensure correct pricing and product scanning
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Assist with product display, stocking, and shelf arrangement
  • Monitor stock levels and report low or expired items
  • Resolve basic customer complaints professionally
  • Adhere to company policies and cash-handling procedures

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Minimum of OND Previous retail experience is a strong advantage Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to organize and merchandise products effectively Basic computer knowledge and POS operation skills Proactive, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision Ability to handle customer pressure professionally
