Summary

Salary

N250,000 – N400,000 monthly Basic + High Sales Commission + Performance Bonus.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop new C&I clients (factories, banks, schools, petrol stations, malls, mines, etc.) in Lagos and surrounding areas.
  • Promote our energy storage products and solutions to potential clients, introduce product advantages and service highlights.
  • Follow up client needs, coordinate with the engineering team to complete site surveys and proposal submission.
  • Complete sales targets assigned by the department head, actively follow up payment collection.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, collect client feedback and report to the superior in a timely manner.
  • Assist in organizing sales activities and market promotion to expand brand influence in the local market.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • High School Diploma or above, fluent in English (written and spoken); local language (Yoruba/Hausa) is a plus.
  • 1 - 3 years of sales experience in solar energy, energy storage, electrical products, or industrial sales is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
  • Male/Female, age 25 – 38 years old, based in Lagos, familiar with Alaba Market and local industrial areas is preferred.
  • Honest, reliable, proactive, and willing to travel within Lagos and nearby states for client development.
  • Professional training: product knowledge, sales skills and industry experience training provided by the company.
