Job Description
The Business Manager – is a strategic right-hand role combining executive support, business management, and operational coordination for the Director/MD leading Vodacom’s FTTH ISP initiative and FiberCo structuring. This role requires an exceptional individual who can seamlessly operate across strategic planning, stakeholder management, project coordination, and executive administration while maintaining the agility needed in a fast-paced startup environment within an established organization.
The role will be a strategic partner to the Director/MD, driving business initiatives, managing complex workstreams, and serving as the central coordination hub for FTTH operations spanning infrastructure deployment, systems implementation, go-to-market execution, and FiberCo corporate structuring.

•Support the Director/MD in strategic planning, business case development, and preparing executive/board-level presentations.
•Coordinate cross-functional FTTH and FiberCo workstreams, ensuring alignment, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
•Manage project plans, dashboards, and performance reporting for launch readiness and operational execution.
•Drive communication, documentation, and meeting management, including briefs, minutes, and follow ups.
•Support FiberCo shareholder engagement, governance setup, regulatory compliance, and investor documentation.
