• To support business growth by promoting travel loan products throughout Nigeria.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations.
• Notify customers in advance of the maturity date of their travel loans.
• Diligently perform other responsibilities assigned by the team manager.
• Quickly and effectively resolve client complaints.
• Cross sell all travel products
• Review and Process Visa Applications: Review visa applications, supporting documents, and eligibility criteria to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct Interviews: Conduct interviews with applicants to gather additional information, clarify discrepancies, or verify documentation.
• Verify Documentation: Verify the authenticity of documents, such as passports, birth certificates, and marriage certificates.
• Assess Eligibility: Assess applicants' eligibility for a visa based on immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
• Make Decisions: Make decisions on visa applications, including approvals, refusals, or requests for additional information.
• Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications, decisions, and supporting documentation.
• Provide Customer Service: Provide information and guidance to applicants, stakeholders, and other government agencies on visa requirements and processes.
• Stay Updated on Immigration Policies: Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate decision-making.
