- Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, real estate development, and facility management
- Promote company services including building design, general contracting, project management, and quantity surveying
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and project quotations
- Support project teams in ensuring client requirements and expectations are met
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and investment opportunities
- Assist in real estate development and investment planning
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality delivery, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors for project execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
