Key Deliverables

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell company's services to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed service advice.
  • Work with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Ads/promotions, Communication, Business Management, or a similar field. At least 5 years of proven experience as a B2B Business DevelopmentExecutive or similar role. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working with an agency is an added advantage.
