Job Description

  • We are looking for a commercially sharp, technically curious Client Solutions Lead to own our revenue pipeline and client relationships.
  • You will lead client engagements end-to-end, translating real business challenges into high-impact AI solutions and working closely with our technical team to bring them to life.
  • This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will shape opportunities, define solutions, and ensure every engagement results in measurable business outcomes for our clients.
  • This is a high-impact, highly visible role that requires equal parts of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and hands-on client management. You will work directly with the team and shape how Jedayah AI goes to market.

Key Deliverables

Business Development:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across target sectors.
  • Develop outreach strategies, partnerships, and referral networks to generate new leads.
  • Represent Jedayah AI at industry events, webinars, and community spaces to grow our presence.

Client Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding through delivery and expansion.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client workflows, pain points, and automation readiness.
  • Translate client needs into well-scoped solution briefs in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account growth through proactive relationship management.

Commercial & Strategic:

  • Build ROI models, business cases, and commercial proposals (SOWs, RFPs) that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene using CRM tools; produce accurate forecasts for leadership.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform Jedayah AI's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required). MBA, Master's in AI/Data Science, or equivalent advanced qualification (preferred). Relevant certifications such as PMP, cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler) are a strong advantage. Experience: 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client management, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or consulting environment. Demonstrable track record of closing complex, consultative deals and managing senior stakeholder relationships. Experience selling to or working within operations, fintech,logistics, or enterprise functions preferred.
