Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge (ISN) is a District Savings and Credit Cooperative (D-SACCO) established following the consolidation of ten (10) Umurenge SACCOs operating within Nyarugenge District, in accordance with the Government of Rwanda SACCO consolidation framework. ISN is duly registered under RCA Certificate No. RGDG012866 and licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).
In accordance with Law N° 072/2021 of 05/11/2021 governing Deposit-Taking Microfinance Institutions, ISN is authorized to carry out microfinance activities in the Republic of Rwanda.
To achieve its mission and strengthen institutional performance, ISN is seeking to recruit internally and externally one (1) competent, committed, professional, and self-motivated Business Branch Coordinator to join the institution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Candidates with First Class or Upper Division qualifications are highly preferred.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in banking or microfinance institutions.
- Experience must be proven by certificates of service rendered from previous employers.
- Thorough understanding of microfinance banking operations and customer relationship management.
- Experience in managing or leading a branch is an added advantage for this position
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
- High customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Not above the 45 years old
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications and Core Banking Systems.
- CMP Level I or Level II Certificate, or Professional Microfinance Certification issued by RICEM, is an added advantage.
