Key Deliverables

  • Seeking Institutional Funding: RDFI strategy, monitoring and identification of funding opportunities, preparation and submission of proposals and rigorous monitoring of grants awarded.

  • Strengthening the quality and accountability mechanisms implemented within the developed programs.

  • Regarding the Foundation's programmatic positioning in Burundi: needs analysis, networking with international and national donors and partners, drafting of positioning notes, etc.

  • To the production of regular and qualitative reporting, based on reliable, consistent and relevant data, for the various stakeholders (internal and external).

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the progressive management of international projects with prior experience in the field of international cooperation, project management and knowledge of institutional donor mechanisms.

  • Strong autonomy and very good time and priority management.

  • Excellent writing, summarizing and presentation skills, enabling the clear, concise and structured presentation of information, concepts and data.

  • Excellent analytical mind.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.
