- Business development
- Identify and prospect for new clients in the assigned sector;
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio;
- Analyze customer needs and the competition to propose suitable products or solutions. Analyze the market, the competition, and business opportunities (high-potential areas, calls for tenders, etc.).
- Sales and negotiation
- Present the company's products and services to clients;
- Develop commercial proposals and negotiate sales conditions (price, deadlines, options, guarantees);
- Follow the sales process through to vehicle delivery.
- Customer follow-up
- Maintain a regular business relationship with clients;
- Provide after-sales support in collaboration with the relevant departments;
- Contribute to customer loyalty.
- Internal coordination and reporting
- Working in collaboration with several departments (workshop, spare parts, marketing, logistics, finance);
- To monitor prospects, sales and business forecasts;
- Reporting commercial activity regularly to management.
