Responsible for the full management, allocation and development of the administration and business function across the Services to support the provision of effective, efficient clinical services.

To lead service and capacity planning for the service in line with the East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and NHS Lothian’s planning and modernisation agenda. Includes delivery of all scheduled activity and waiting times targets, e.g. Delivery of 18 weeks Referral to Treatment (RTT).
