Majibu Africa helps people in Kampala own a smartphone through easy daily payments, sold through partner phone shops across the city. Our phone business is growing fast and we need an experienced sales leader to build and run our field team.

Key Deliverables

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of phone sales agents
  •  Bring on new partner phone shops and keep them selling every week
  • Hit weekly sales targets and keep customer repayments on track
  • Send daily sales reports to the Head of Sales

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  •  3+ years of field sales experience
  •  At least 2 years managing a team of 20 or more agents or promoters
  •  Experience in phone sales, device financing, mobile money, or pay-as-you-go products
  •  Good working relationships with phone shops around Kampala
  •  Able to move around Kampala every day
