Key Deliverables

Design & Concept Development:

  • Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings based on client briefs.
  • Prepare 2D/3D designs, renderings, and presentations.
  • Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and environmental requirements.

Technical Documentation:

  • Produce detailed working drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all design documentation.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers for integrated design solutions.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure design implementation.
  • Attend design review and coordination meetings.

Site Supervision & Compliance:

  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to design.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide solutions to design or construction challenges on-site.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide design updates.
  • Present design proposals and incorporate feedback.
  • Work with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all architectural works meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Review finished work for compliance with design intent.
  • Address design-related defects and ensure corrective actions.

Cost & Material Optimization:

  • Support cost estimation and material selection.
  • Recommend cost-effective and sustainable materials and methods.
  • Ensure designs align with project budgets.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
  • Prepare periodic reports on design progress and site observations.
  • Track changes and manage design revisions.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Architecture & Design Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture Professional registration (e.g., ARCON or equivalent) is an advantage 3–7 years’ experience in architectural design and construction Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes Skills & Competencies: Creative and innovative design thinking Strong technical and detailing skills Good communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Work Environment: Combination of office-based design work and site supervision Regular interaction with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
