AMI - Recruitment of an "international consultant" to facilitate and lead a brainstorming and team performance building workshop for staff of the African Development Bank (AfDB) country office in Burundi - COBI

As part of its annual work program, the African Development Bank Country Office in Burundi plans to organize a team-building and performance-enhancing workshop for its staff from June 17 to 19, 2026. The Country Office is seeking an International Consultant to design the materials and tools necessary to achieve the objectives, as well as to facilitate the sessions focused on the following theme: "Strengthening Team Cohesion for Improved Performance and Alignment of the Country Office's Work Program with the Institutional Strategic Priorities Outlined Through the Four Cardinal Points." The workshop will ultimately ensure that Country Office staff have a strong understanding of the Bank's four cardinal points and the associated ADF-17 work program.
