Waiter at Board

• The Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
• Follow service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service
