Job Title: Operations Manager

• Are you an experienced operations leader who can keep systems running smoothly, manage people effectively, and help scale a growing African organization?
• Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of their day-to-day operations, manage the Operations Associates, and ensure excellence in logistics, administration, and project execution as they expand across the continent.

Salary: N500,000 / month.

• At least 5 years of relevant operations and management experience
• A proven track record of leading teams and improving systems
• Strong organizational skills and event logistics expertise
• A passion for Africa’s growth and entrepreneurship.
