• The Food Production Lead oversees daily production activities to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards.
• The role involves supervising production staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring processes, and ensuring targets are met within quality and hygiene guidelines. 
  

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day food production operations.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Track raw material usage, minimize waste, and report production data.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Train and motivate production staff for continuous improvement.
