Essential Qualities
Must have an ECDE certificate or diploma Must have at least 2 years of proven experience teaching early learners and be CBE compliant Must be a registered teacher with the Teachers Service Commission Proficiency in spoken and written English, with minimal or no mother tongue influence. Competency in using learning aids and digital tools for instruction. A strong ability to manage a classroom and maintain a child- friendly learning environment. Proven skills in ballet, swimming, chess, or a foreign language will be an added advantage.
