  • Windows Desktop/Server Support and Administration, Managing Virtual Server Environment, using
  • Monitoring tools – SIEM, VEAM Usage, HP Nimble Storage Usage, Knowledge on implementation of ITIL
  • framework procedures and standards.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical
  • skills, Openness to continuous learning and self-development.

Hardware/Software Support Skills:

  • HP servers Maintenance, Proxy server Knowledge, HP desktops maintenance, Good IT documentation
  • and Microsoft Office suite skills. Virtualization skills will be added advantage
