Key Deliverables

  • Staff Management:
    Hiring, training, and supervising both clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, performance management, and addressing personnel issues. 
  • Administrative Oversight:
    Managing daily office operations, including patient registration, billing, scheduling, and maintaining patient records. 
  • Financial Management:
    Overseeing the clinic's budget, managing expenses, and ensuring proper billing and revenue cycle management. 
  • Compliance:
    Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and OSHA, and maintaining patient confidentiality. 
  • Quality Assurance:
    Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the quality of patient care and clinic efficiency. 
  • Patient Relations:
    Addressing patient concerns, providing excellent customer service, and fostering a positive patient experience. 
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    Facilitating communication between medical and administrative staff, and collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders.
