Key Deliverables

  • Sell furniture and home décor products to both new and existing clients.
  • Advise customers on product selection, interior design trends, and suitable solutions for their space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and showroom events.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Minimum of HND, BSc, or OND in a relevant field. 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or interior design. Strong background in interior design and understanding of space planning, décor, and styling. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused, target-driven, and self-motivated. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
