Job Description
The Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality massage treatments while ensuring the massage area is professionally managed, clean, and guest-ready at all times. The role focuses primarily on massage services, guest satisfaction, treatment quality, and operational excellence within the massage space.
This position does not include responsibility for developing wellness programs or activities beyond massage services.

1. Massage Therapy Services
- Deliver professional, high-quality massage treatments tailored to guest needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of massage techniques and their benefits.
- Ensure consistent service standards aligned with lodge expections.
2. Massage Area Management
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of massage rooms at all times.
- Ensure proper setup, ambiance, and presentation of the massage space.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for linen, cleanliness, and supplies.
3. Guest Experience & Engagement
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests.
- Explain massage options clearly and recommend suitable treatments.
- Encourage repeat bookings and service upgrades where appropriate.
4. Inventory & Equipment Control
- Monitor massage oils, linens, consumables, and equipment.
- Report low stock levels or faulty equipment in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained and safe for use.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate treatment records and daily booking logs.
- Submit basic monthly reports on treatments delivered and guest feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license.
- Proven experience in massage therapy within a hotel, lodge, or spa setting.
- English language proficiency is required, French is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good time management and attention to detail.

- Passion for guest care and wellness service delivery.
