Key Deliverables

  • Candidate will be handling all types of legal matters / cases / issues.
  • Drafting of contracts, agreements, and other legal related documents including but not limited to service contracts, agreements, consultancy contracts, police complaints,NDAs etc.
  • Will work closely with management for Legal matters/Civil, Criminal, Arbitration, Consumer IPR cases and all other cases etc.
  • Liasioning with Legal consultants, penal advocates and other Govt. / Police authorities etc. for related matters.
  • Coordination with management and other teams / stakeholders for sending various communications/notices, drafting & filing of complaints/cases with various authorities/courts/forums etc.
  • Handling disciplinary issues, drafting notices, dispute resolution, and other issues.
  • Representing the organisation in different courts/forums/tribunals/other authorities etc.
  • To follow guidelines/company policies/directions of the Reporting Head/management judiciously.
  • Would act proactively for completion of tasks in time bound manner.
  • Coordination with all centres and departments for related matters.
  • Giving proper updates and information/MIS regularly as required.
  • Maintaining proper records and documentation.
  • Have to travel to different locations as and when required for legal related issues/other matters.
  • Identify and assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance on legal risk management.
