Job Summary
- The Inventory Manager will oversee and control all stock management activities across Toasties outlets, ensuring accurate tracking, timely replenishment, and minimal wastage.
- The role requires strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective inventory control systems that support smooth operations and cost efficiency.
Salary: N250,000 Monthly.

- Manage and maintain accurate records of all stock across outlets and central storage.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly stock levels, identifying discrepancies and reconciling variances.
- Implement and enforce stock control procedures to reduce losses and wastage.
- Work with the procurement team to forecast demand and place timely orders.
- Track expiration dates and ensure compliance with food safety and storage standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits across outlets.
- Analyse consumption patterns to optimise ordering and reduce excess inventory.
- Generate inventory reports and present insights to management for decision-making.
- Train and supervise staff on stock handling and control processes.
- Liaise with kitchen and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and finished goods.
