Supervision and Management:

Quality Control:

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.

Inventory and Supplies:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials.
  • Place orders for supplies and ensure timely delivery.

Guest Relations:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services.
  • Ensure guest rooms are prepared according to guest preferences and special requests.

Training and Development:

  • Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and hotel policies.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in preparing and managing the housekeeping department's budget.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.

Collaboration:
