  •  We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Sangotedo branch to attend to walk‑in and call‑in customers and support daily branch operations.

Key Deliverables

  • Attend to customers politely and professionally (walk‑in, phone, WhatsApp).
  • Provide accurate information on prices, services, and delivery timelines.
  • Open shipments, prepare waybills, and ensure correct documentation.
  • Follow up on shipments with operations/warehouse and give timely feedback.
  • Handle basic customer complaints or escalate where necessary.
  • Keep records and daily reports neatly and accurately.

Academic Experiences

Bachelor'S Degree Business Administration and Social Studies

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field. 1–2 years’ customer service or front-desk experience (logistics/retail is an advantage). Good communication and people skills. Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, simple Excel/data entry). Must live in or around Sangotedo/Ajah axis and be willing to work fully onsite, including Saturdays.
