- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Sangotedo branch to attend to walk‑in and call‑in customers and support daily branch operations.

- Attend to customers politely and professionally (walk‑in, phone, WhatsApp).
- Provide accurate information on prices, services, and delivery timelines.
- Open shipments, prepare waybills, and ensure correct documentation.
- Follow up on shipments with operations/warehouse and give timely feedback.
- Handle basic customer complaints or escalate where necessary.
- Keep records and daily reports neatly and accurately.

Good communication and people skills. Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, simple Excel/data entry). Must live in or around Sangotedo/Ajah axis and be willing to work fully onsite, including Saturdays. |
