NoKey Deliverables
- Assist in the development of conceptual architectural designs, layouts, and planning strategies for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documents using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Create 3D models and visualizations to support design development and client presentations.
- Support the preparation of project proposals and presentation materials for client meetings, approvals, and internal reviews.
- Participate in site inspections, surveys, and client meetings to gather information, verify site conditions, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of design phases, documentation, and project milestones.
- Assistin the review of design compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, project files, correspondence, and change requests in accordance with company standards.

| Architecture & Design | Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5 years experience Proficiencyi n architectural design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other visualization software. Strong graphic, drafting, and modeling skills, with attention to detail and design accuracy. Basic understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and architectural detailing. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to architectural design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. |
