- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the tomato sauce product portfolio across general trade channels.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing trade partners and ensure high availability and visibility of products.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the field sales team to meet targets and grow market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Oversee pricing, discounts, and promotional strategies in line with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align demand and supply.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and actionable insights to management.
- Explore and support entry into regional export markets and manage relationships with cross-border distributors (as applicable).
