Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to promote and sell our software solutions through door-to-door marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting our products and services, and closing sales while representing our brand profession.

Key Deliverables

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to promote Techlion Technologies' products and services.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential clients to close sales.
  • Educate prospective clients on our software solutions including POS, school systems, ERP, websites, and custom applications.
  • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.
  • Meet or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Proven experience in field sales or marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of technology and software products (training will be provided).
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
  • Must be physically fit and willing to walk or travel as needed.
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
