Job Description
- The Real Estate Advisory Manager shall serve as a senior strategic lead within Property Question Nigeria Limited, providing expert guidance to clients on property investments, asset valuation, land acquisition, and portfolio management. This role is deeply embedded in the real estate industry and requires a professional who understands the full lifecycle of property transactions, from lead generation to post-sale advisory.
- The manager shall be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing client relationships, and delivering market intelligence that supports both the company’s commercial objectives and its clients’ real estate goals. This is not an administrative or time-bound role; rather, it is a performance-driven position that demands initiative, strategic thinking, and consistent reporting.

- Advise individual and corporate clients on real estate investment opportunities, including off-plan developments, land banking, leasehold properties, and build-to-let schemes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and property appraisals to determine market value, rental yields, and return on investment for prospective buyers.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process for real estate assets, from initial client enquiry to offer negotiation and final contract execution.
- Develop and implement property-specific marketing strategies in coordination with the broader real estate team.
- Monitor local and national real estate market trends, including changes in land use regulations, property taxes, and infrastructure developments affecting property values.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly advisory and sales performance reports using Google Workspace tools.
- Liaise with legal practitioners, surveyors, and estate valuers to ensure all property transactions comply with Nigerian real estate laws and the Land Use Act.
- Train and guide junior real estate officers on client engagement, property listing management, and negotiation tactics.
- Identify underperforming assets in client portfolios and recommend repositioning or divestment strategies.
