Key Deliverables

  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
  • Assist with preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
  • Support planning and logistics for meetings and events, ensuring efficient follow-through.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • B.Sc Degree in Law, Office Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a secretary, PA, or executive assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information.
