NoKey Deliverables
• Deployment, exchange, and inspection of nets
• Ensure you and your team adhere to all Health and Safety Policies
• Nets are to always be handled with care
• Nets are set on time and on Schedule for fish stocking and transfers
• Ensure nets are removed from cages timely after harvests
• Quality: each net set has to be tied correctly and securely
• Do safe net exchanges: changing a net out on a cage which already has fish
• Help Planning annual leave within your team so that work can always continue
• Ensuring that the workspace is always neat and tidy.

• At least a diploma in fisheries or aquaculture. • Two years’ experience in cage farming. • Must understand that this is a job that you are working on water most of the time. • Must be able to swim • Should be physically fit PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Hardworking, capable of being involved in farming operations • Good interpersonal skills • Action and detail oriented. • Must be confident to give out instructions and lead a team • Must show good endurance and persistence. • Must have an eye for detail • Must be willing to constantly learn more and develop their knowledge and skills
