Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with thebusiness goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments and design tailored learning programs to bridge skill gaps.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate and track learning progress.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning programs with performance objectives and customer service excellence.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, ROI analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with L&D best practices, trends, and technologies to enhance learning delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development within the organization.
  • Manage budgets and resources for L&D programs.

Bachelor'S Degree Human Resource Management

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs and using LMS or other e-learning tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to measure and analyze the impact of training programs on business performance.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring employees at all levels.
  • Familiarity with modern L&D practices and tools, including blended learning approaches.
  • Professional Certification is an added advantage.
