Key Deliverables

  • Grill and cook meats.
  • Season food items properly to enhance flavor and ensure consistency.
  • Monitor grill temperatures, cooking times, and product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the grill area, utensils, and equipment.
  • Check ingredient freshness and manage stock levels.
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
  • Proven experience as a Griller or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, seasonings, and cooking times.
  • Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, taste, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
