Zee Collections Company Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a growing liquor distribution business serving customers across Zanzibar and mainland Tanzania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, inventory cost control, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain healthy working capital levels.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Manage taxation, statutory compliance, and financial audits.
• Analyze the profitability of products, distribution channels, and regions.
• Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to manage inventory costs and stock valuation.
