Assists with conceptual design development and drawing, translates specifications and designs into engineering drawings to be issued for construction
In conjunction with the engineer produce functional, economical and technically correct drawings
Provide the engineer with preliminary drawings with initial conceptual information for further refinement
Manage compliance with the ISO 9001 quality system, drawing standards and control / filing etc.
Ensure co-ordination / integration with other engineering disciplines and architectural services, clash analysis etc.
Responsible for electronic filing, administration and issue, including updates and revisions etc

Essential Qualities
Matric (Grade 12) A minimum of 8 (Eight) years post qualification experience in building services including medical installations Certification in the following software packages – AutoCAD, Microstation, REVIT MEP Experience in and knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and BIM360 will be an advantage Registered as a member of the South African Institute of Draughting
