We looking for a Workshop Accounts Assistant M/F based : Uganda Job Description : Job purpose To support the service department operations in Namanve in the areas of invoicing, purchasing, reporting and stock management.

Key responsibilities
1. Invoicing: Receive job cards from workshop, confirming that both the quotation and invoice values match. Bill the jobs and issue invoice to the customer.
2. Sublet handling: Create purchase orders and complete sublet processes. At the end of the month, collect all supplier invoices with statements, verifies, posts and sends to head office for payment.
3. Stock controls and consumables: Verify balances of materials in SAP system, receive and verify stocks and confirm that the right quantities are entered in SAP. Carry out monthly stock counts and report on the same.
4. Fuel management through receiving, issuing, monitoring and reordering.
5. Monitor work in progress daily and clean up the same to ensure customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in a business discipline
